Zhejiang Wanda Group , former Huangshan Soil Nail Society and Huangshan Shuttle Peg Society of Wenyan Town Xiaoshan City, collective ownership enterprise belonging to Huangshan Brigade, was established in March, 1963. In 1965, the two societies merged into Huangshan Soil Nail and Shuttle Peg Factory of Wenyan Town Xiaoshan City. In 1968, the factory was recalled Wenyan Commune Agriculture Machine Repair and Manufacturing Factory, a collective ownership enterprise belonging to Wenyan Commune. In 1975, the factory was recalled Xiaoshan Hardware Tool Factory. In 1991, it organized an enterprise group and was finally called Wanda Group. The enterprise is located in Wenyan Town Xiaoshan City at the joint of Qiantang River, Fuchun River and Puyang River. It possesses advanced geological priorities and convenient transport conditions.
